The brighter smoothie contains:
Avocado, spinach, banana, nectarine, strawberries, whole and milled chia seed, blended nuts (soaked overnight) and mixed seeds. We also add in powdered greens and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice for an alkaline hit first thing.
